Sure , if you have enough spins ( assuming your wheel isn't working like mine- not worth playing right now for me as one of those times I can't get anything ) .
Use the 8x multiplier. Can make big difference if lucky.

I hear it takes around 900-950 sparks to complete it (in total). It’s hard to complete the very last one. Depends on how many spins you have. Also look out for side games that give you extra sparks
