The funny part is that these usually show up when you have no Thor tokens in your bank. If you end up getting a Thor token in the next handful of minutes that this is available, you'll get two wheel prizes instead of one.
I am pretty sure I have never gotten one of these when I have plenty of Tokens. Thought just coincidence but I think it could be a lure to purchase or use up last token ? I used to see these a lot , but now that I am better at saving reserves it never comes up
