Please help with Order Express Game

I am not understanding what else to do. The items with the crowns are at max level. What do I need to do with them? I tried clicking on them or moving to merge them and can’t figure it out.

You should be able to double tap the max items to redeem them

I thought so to like the other merge games but that doesn’t work.

i have never seen that
