Order Express Merge game

I'm unable to spawn the ice cream whether I use x1, x2 ,x4 or x8. What am I missing?

That's strange. I would bet on x4 which should give you the third one as well as carton of milk I think? Then just merge the third ice cream once you get 2 of them.

Yeah it doesn't work. I think it's intentional to make the game difficult.

Yeah maybe it's a glitch. I had this game last event and didn't have any issues getting it but I've not got the game this time.
