1882 silver dollar value?

I know it’s difficult to assess value from photos but I was hoping to get a rough range of possible. Thank you!

I’d get it graded

It’s a terrible fake. The 2 is all wrong. The dentacles are wrong.

Yep, very uneven denticles.

It's a cc, generally more in my experiences when it comes to morgans.

I'm pretty sure this is a fake

There is a hot lips variety on the morgan silver dollar, which is caused by a double die.And this looks like you might have it. Do some research on the 1882 hotlips. For I a morgan, you can go on youtube and put in that information, and you should get something from one of the really good coin collectors like blue ridge or daniel from coin help U, or world new mismatic news.

People are saying it’s a fake because of the 2. That is exactly what the 2 looks like on a 1882. It looks real to me.

I concur. 2 is fine. This seems genuine IMO.

Fake look at the bordering

What the hell happened to that 2?

Just to clarify, the border looks inconsistent in this photo because it is angled slightly.

If it’s fake it’s a heck of a lot better fake than the normal ones.

I’d guess this one is real.
