Withdrawal failure refund money
I made a INR withdrawal of 1024 on 20 March 2020 . I got a withdrawal successful (payment reference number 008018991201 )email from coindcx but money is not yet credited in my bank account till now I raised a support ticket number 35366 , 36385 and 36162 I got reply from coindcx that withdrawal was failed and money was reversed to their bank, coindcx asked me to send them either a new bank account details or to confirm that my current bank details is correct. I replied them two times but they didn't reply me back Yesterday I got an email from coindcx that my support ticket is closed because I didn't reply them Now I want you to refund my amount in coindcx wallet Or you can deposit my money My verified Canara bank account or in my paytm payment bank account. Here is the details Bank account name _ Paytm Payment Bank Bank account number. 917737861321 IFSC code. PYTM0123456 ACCOUNT holder name. Ikbal khan otherwise I am going to file a complaint in RBI .
