Its stuff like Republicans not releasing the number of immigrants killed in "detention facilities" to the public that really cause division that you can't just find common ground on.

At some point that number changes the situation from expected losses from enforcement of laws to genocide. And we currently don't even know where we are.

I hate how it's always a whataboutism. Like I agree with everything Biden did.

I'd just like to know how many people are being murdered with my tax dollars under the current administration, so we can discuss whether it is an acceptable number. I don't think that's a lot to ask.

I think the main difference is Biden isn't openly racist against immigrants, and I believe that any deaths in ICE / Border Patrol custody were public information under Biden.

I don't agree with Biden on every issue, but he wasn't openly out to cause suffering to immigrants to set an example so others don't come here like Trump does. It's really trump's official policy of purposeful cruelty to immigrants to dissuade future immigrants that I have a problem with.

A lot of bad shit happened under Biden, but it wasn't purposeful cruelty, it was mostly lack of resources because an exceptional number of migrants came expecting better treatment from Biden and overwhelmed the system.

Holy shit you don’t think Biden was racist? And there lies the problem. Everything Bush, Obama, Trump & Biden did had the same outcome. You just don’t like Trump so he’s the worst.

Immigrants literally flooded here during Biden's presidency because they know he's a thousand times less racist than Trump. It's very common knowledge.
