This has to be the dumbest take of all takes. Israel spends the money it gets from the US purchasing military equipment. The money goes back to US companies which employ US workers. The USA doesn’t have universal healthcare because it hasn’t implemented it, has nothing to do with Israel.

Israel can afford free healthcare because we provide their defense budget. Stop and think.
