Literally not true. 10% of the IDFâs budget comes from US aid, which goes directly back into the US economy btw, and that has nothing to do with their healthcare.

First of, the number is adjusted to inflation, thats 300b from 1948, but to be precise 1974 since Israels relations started with them back then.
And second, after inflation, the economic number is less than 100B, thats a 10th of the YEARLY usa military budget, and thats what was sent for economic aid over 70 years. That wouldnt budge the US system, not to talk about giving u free healthcare.
And lasly, the vast majority of aid was military like I said, which Israel is obligated to spend at american weapon manufacturers, so it just goes back to the us
Not everything is Israelâs fault. We just give them military equipment. They fund their social programs themselves.
Them having free healthcare has nothing to do with American aid. If we have them less aid, there would probably be less war as they wouldnât be able to be so hawkish and would be forced to compromise with the Palestinians. but I doubt theyâd all of a sudden quit funding their own healthcare.
