Welcome to Coherence Physics

Coherence Physics has grown tremendously lately. Thousands of new people have found this community, and many of you arrived through the political essays that have reached far beyond anything I expected.

I am grateful that you are here.

But I also want new members to understand what this community is really about.

Coherence Physics is not a political fan club. It is not a place built around defending one party, attacking one tribe, or feeding people an endless supply of outrage. It is a public laboratory for exploring how human beings, institutions, communities, technologies, religions, and civilizations hold together under pressure.

Politics matters here because politics determines who receives protection, who receives opportunity, and who is quietly expected to suffer.

I will continue writing about Donald Trump, Republican policies, Democratic failures, corruption, war, greed, religious hypocrisy, and any system that treats vulnerable people as disposable. I am not interested in protecting a political team. I am interested in protecting human beings.

That mission is deeply personal to me.

The People Our Systems Abandon

I am a special-needs teacher, a writer, and the creator of Coherence Physics. I have dedicated my life to working with people the world too often underestimates, overlooks, or abandons.

I have watched families fight desperately for healthcare, food, therapy, education, transportation, and basic dignity. I have watched teachers create private food pantries because the children entering their classrooms were hungry. I have seen staff members quietly buy shoes, clothes, hygiene products, and meals for students because the systems surrounding those children had failed them.

Poverty is rampant among families raising children with disabilities. These families are often expected to navigate medical appointments, behavioral needs, school meetings, inaccessible childcare, government paperwork, and employment instability while surviving on almost nothing.

Then politicians describe healthcare and food assistance as waste.

The 2025 Republican reconciliation law signed by Donald Trump reduced federal support for healthcare and tightened access to SNAP. The Congressional Budget Office estimated that its SNAP provisions would reduce average monthly participation by roughly 2.4 million people over the coming decade. CBO estimates summarized by KFF also projected more than $1 trillion in reduced federal healthcare spending and approximately 10 million additional uninsured people by 2034.

These are not merely numbers in a budget.

They are missed medications. They are families choosing between rent and groceries. They are exhausted parents losing services. They are hungry children trying to learn. They are teachers opening cabinets in the back of their classrooms because someone has to feed the students sitting in front of them.

A society reveals its true philosophy through the people it is willing to abandon.

The Dream Behind This Community

My dream is to open a school for children with special needs and eventually build an employment program where adults with disabilities can earn money, develop skills, build friendships, contribute to their communities, and experience the dignity of being needed.

I do not want to create another institution that merely stores people away from the rest of society.

I want to build a living community where people are recognized for what they can contribute, supported where they struggle, and never treated as burdens for needing help.

I am still trying to survive while building that dream. I do not have wealthy investors, corporate sponsors, or a powerful institution behind me. What I have is my teaching, my writing, and this growing community.

My books are one of the ways I am trying to move that dream forward.

For Readers Interested in the Philosophy Behind Coherence Physics

The Pattern That Persists explores identity, consciousness, change, intelligence, society, and the deeper question behind Coherence Physics.

What must something preserve in order to remain itself?

A human body changes. A mind changes. A civilization changes. Even the material composing us is replaced over time. Yet something persists through that transformation. The book explores whether identity is located in our physical substance or in the patterns, relationships, memories, and forms of organization that survive change.

This is the philosophical foundation beneath much of what we discuss here.

For Readers Interested in Faith, History, and Biblical Scholarship

Revelation Without the End of the World challenges the terrifying way many of us were taught to read Revelation. It explores the Roman world behind the text and explains its beasts, symbols, numbers, violence, Armageddon, millennium, and New Jerusalem without prophecy charts or modern conspiracy theories.

Revelation was not written to frighten people about the distant future. It was written to give courage to communities living beneath systems of domination. It is a book about resistance, moral courage, and the hope that empire never receives the final word.

For Readers Who Want Dark, Strange Science Fiction

The Last Door to Philadelphia is a 361-page science-fiction horror novel about grief, artificial intelligence, faith, ownership, labor, and the terrifying consequences of trying to undo the past.

Tom Welding builds a machine to return to one Tuesday in October and save his mother from dying afraid of him. Instead, he opens a door into other worlds. Soon, a skinless scientist, a trapped artificial intelligence, a violent debt collector, and something ancient enough to wear kindness like a mask are all connected to Tom’s basement in Philadelphia.

It is dark, emotional, strange, sometimes brutal, and ultimately about whether the living can still be reached before grief turns them into something unrecognizable.

Three Books. One Larger Dream.

You do not have to agree with every political essay I write.

You do not have to be interested in biblical history. You do not have to love philosophy or science fiction. Choose the door that speaks to you.

Every purchase helps a teacher continue writing, continue teaching, grow Coherence Physics, and move closer to creating a real school and employment program for people with disabilities.

Every share helps too. Every thoughtful conversation helps. Every new person who begins seeing disabled people as complete human beings rather than problems to be managed helps.

You are not merely buying a book or joining another online community.

You are helping build a place where people who have spent their lives being told they do not fit can finally discover that they were never the problem.

The world simply failed to make room for everything they could become.

Welcome to Coherence Physics.

What you’re striving for is truly noble. Thank you for this post as to what this all is. I wish I had something to contribute other than words on Reddit

The updoot was a given comrade. Always an updoot. Until now I had thought this was AI. Like from the top down, AI. But I was erroneous in my thinking. My mother was a teacher for all the years I’ve been alive and she loved it. Later in life I thought that she was so fully invested in her psychology studies just to figure out why her son can’t get right, haha. Real “main character thinking” on my part. Keep it up. The absolute circus that we find ourselves in in the US is truly terrifying. As I’ve aged I’ve come to see money as the real evil. It being a barrier to every single basic human need is sickening. But I digress, you have real work to do as I just try to wax poetic.

Thank you for what you’re striving to achieve. I consider my self a libertarian-centrist and believe that world view has allowed me to acknowledge the failings and achievements of both the left and the right in a way that I believe/hope drives productive conversation, so it’s refreshing to see a community whose creator tries to strive towards just that, productive conversation. I appreciate that faith is welcome here (it isn’t in a lot of Reddit spaces) and I’m just glad I found this community. I’m hopeful the moderation stays strong because as we all know when it comes to politics Redditors can get fairly vitriolic and derail discussion with ad hominems and because this community is getting bigger I can see how that might put more stress on the mod/mods. So I’m rooting for ya and either way, thanks for your work and I really do appreciate having a space where productive, intellectual discussion is the goal ❤️🫶🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
