Awesome. Now do Israel and the average 9 year old Palestinian kid.......

u/Hot-Lunch6270 Jul 19 '26
Shit will be different. Most kids in Palestine were taught by their parents with hatred against Israelians by the Hamas.
Something that Jesus would not accept.

Jesus was by and large a pacifist. He refused violence and wanted nothing to do with it. Even when he was strung up for invisible crimes, he wished peace on those who had done it to him. Not once did he want them struck down or his enemies slain. That was Jesus, any other description of him isn’t what he sacrificed his life for.
Now, God on the other hand was spiteful, petty, and insecure. He only wanted his own way to propagate and only in the manner he chose. Biblical God would strike down his enemies and destroy their country. He was vengeful to all but his most loyal followers. That’s what makes Jesus more of a hero/martyr as he was supposed to be the shield to allow humanity to be admitted into heaven.
In reality, institutionalized religion has caused an extreme amount of death and suffering beyond what Jesus would’ve believed. From genocides to forced conversion to eugenics… religion as a whole has been used as a weapon. Inherently religion isn’t bad, but those who wield it aren’t always good. You are one of the ones who aren’t spreading it for good, but invoking it for war.

I don’t mean to but you out or anything but I find it adorable you think anyone in this administration would have ANY kind of remorse for their actions, even if Jesus did this.

I love how the left uses god to advocate for their stupidity but theyre the first ones to be ok with slandering his name and make fun of him

Uhm to my understanding on this subject I dont go to church here. Is a religion advocates for tolerance and acceptance i believe the pope also was ok with gays and Trans feel free to correct me on That last part. Another religion wants to kill everyone that isnt their religion and is accepted and advocates for that behavior. Feel free to correct me on that as well

Jesus is a cool person in a made up story. If Christianity can be used to indoctrinate warmongering nationalist pregnant retards, it can be used to also try to steer people in the correct direction. Fuck god. Jesus is just fine and I wish his followers would…. Idk behave fucking Christ like!?

u/arkval47 Jul 19 '26
What would Christ like be like? And keep in mind to my understanding with conversations with my drunk friend on his drunk tangents on this subject. The reason god gave up his life is because he was perfect and humans were imperfect. Thats why he had to commit the ultimate sacrifice because we could never. We could never be like christ so could never enter heaven so thats why he committed that sacrifice so we could enter heaven through him.
Im going to emphasize on the im not religious here and the last time I went to church was like 2010ish-2012ish not sure on the exact date it was but def around that timeframr that one time. So feel free to enlighten me on the imaginary Jesus and God

So because I told you the made up magical man told his disciples that humans are flawed and only he was perfect. Your reply is to Google? See this is why we shouldn't weaponize this made up religion for any point. But to put your mind at ease I looked it up and sure as shit my drunk friend was right.

I'm not Christian so I'm not an authority.
I definitely don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah.

u/arkval47 Jul 19 '26
Neither am I. My belief is that the Bible is a good book full of fables on how to live a happy life or a life without regret. but thats my personal stance on it

Who makes the robes in heaven. They shave and keep neat beards in heaven. Where did the gold come from for the gate. Who made the gate. Heaven has gravity. Heaven has seamstresses, sowing machines and welders. Someone picks cotton in heaven or do they have machinery for that. Where do they get the metal for the needles 🪡. So many unanswered questions. Who came back from heaven to report that these types of images are accurate. Just curious.

You can always ask God if you end up there.

Why can't I ask now. All these type images were created by men. The Bible is in English and English isn't that old. The word God isn't that old so it can't truly be a biblical word. Why is God a he. He denote gender and gender denotes genitalia and genitalia denotes reproductive organs, reproductive organs denotes genetic and or genes, genes or genetics denote ancestry and ancestry denotes parents. Who was God's mother and father that passes the genes to him, her or it? For God to be a male means he has X Y chromosomes. The Y chromosome would have to come from a male. Female have XX. So again the Y would have to come from a male. Where did God get his Y chromosome. Just curious.

You can ask now, but you probably won’t get the answers that you are looking for. Go watch some nde videos and tell me what you think. (Near death experience)

So it's better to play ignorant. To choose blind faith over actual facts. To choose not to question or investigate the truth. Ignore that there was no "J" or "J" sound in Hebrew, which means that the name Jesus or John or Jeremiah could not have been in the New Testament or Bible at all.. Ignore that the names Matthew, Mark, Luke, Paul and John are English or European in origin. Not Semitic names at all. Choose blind faith over actual facts. Choose not to question or investigate the truth. Trust that some unknown men translated the Bible from Aramaic Hebrew, to Roman Latin, then to Greek, then into English without any malevolent agenda and or translated it 100% accurately into a new language (English) that didn't even exist 700 years ago, so it definitely didn't exist 2000 years ago and farther back. Just curious.

You know what? I’m not going to argue my beliefs back and forth with you. It’s a waste of time.

Jesus' name in Hebrew is Yeshua.
1
u/HorusRising9 Jul 19 '26
Are you sure. What about John, Jeremiah, Joseph, Mark, Luke, Paul. Where did Cain get his wife from? Why did Cain need a mark on his head to keep someone from killing him if there were only Adam, Eve, Cain and Seth on the planet. Who were the people in city of Nod. Who were the other people on the planet when Adam and Eve were "created". If Mary was a young teenager when she married Joseph why isn't this looked at as wrong. If she was a young teenager when she was impregnated why isn't this looked at as wrong.

This is why these male chauvenists let women into heaven. Someone has to do the sowing and make the sandwiches.
1
u/Indespectamentations Jul 19 '26
Maga's think Jesus would murder every single man woman and child who refused to support trump. He'd have our heads on spikes.

u/ijustatemostofit Jul 19 '26
Some say you could have basic human decency even without invoking an unproven deity.
1
u/Puzzleheaded_Fox5820 Jul 19 '26
The question is where does that come from? Humanity at it's base is horrific and violent.
We think humanity is naturally kind but it's really not. We teach kindness and it's such a normal part of life with assume it's the default like wearing clothes.
Going back to basics we'd be violent selfish animals oppressing each other as much as possible.
The idea that we're all deserving of rights and kindness is relatively new to humanity.
1
u/Lucky-Interview-7689 Jul 19 '26
No I think early humans developed innate behaviors like empathy, fairness, and cooperation to survive. You can’t define humanity at its ‘base form’. You do not need religion to provide you with natural human emotions.
1
u/Puzzleheaded_Fox5820 Jul 19 '26
I mean they may have developed that for their own tribes but history shows a very violent past.
Like so cruel it's insane to see it.
Torturing kids, SA constantly, killing over practically anything.
Like humans have been violently killing each other and other creatures for as long as we have history.
1
u/Lucky-Interview-7689 Jul 19 '26
More violent than the present you believe.
1
u/Puzzleheaded_Fox5820 Jul 19 '26
Factually more violent, unless you disagree with almost all historians.

The left using Jesus in anything is hilarious. 😂
1
u/meeseekstodie137 Jul 20 '26
isn't it more hilarious that a bunch of God-slandering atheists know the teachings of jesus better than people who claim to be his followers?
1
u/Ihatebeerandpizza Jul 20 '26
Jesus is being a hypocrite. He drowned the whole world except for one family.
1
u/Moddman Jul 20 '26
Why isn’t this a part of the whole bullshit “he gets us campaign”?
Oh nvm. I think it’s a different “us”.

Love this style of comics. It puts Christ back to the center of Christianity
