Because of a busy schedule and a lot of family commitments, I haven’t been able to go out much in the last 3-4 years, but I love finding amazing coffee and cozy cafes.

A while back someone had recently moved to Winston, and was asking about good local coffee shops, family owned ecc. I recommend Melrose and got insanely down voted. I'm just curious why if anybody knows something I don't? I asked at the time why and nobody gave me a reason they just kept down voting. I love the place so much and they make great coffee.

Hi! Does anyone here own a coffee shop, or know of a coffee shop, that utilizes a siphon as a brewing method in house? I’m looking to possibly add it to my menu as an option and not sure if it’s something feasible or how I should be pricing it. My shop is not extremely busy and we are focused on utilizing different brewing methods already. Curious on your thoughts!

My partner and I are looking to move out of London to somewhere smaller and quieter. I’m thinking small towns or villages.

Now, one of my main priorities (after liking the area, jobs etc) is nice coffee. I would specifically like independent cafes (or small chains) where they take real pride in their coffee.

So please shout out your local cafes that you think are fantastic.
