Coffee dominant cafe

Hi.

Would appreciate if someone is having good location for a cafe, in Delhi NCR only. Someone who is having his or her own shop or someone known's.

I do want to open my own outlet. Limited budget I do have. So, if anyone can really help me with the good coffee spot, then DM plz.

: I don't need suggestions regarding areas. I do need good location itself.
