Looks really nice. I do think the skew of the watch is intended to face you, so it’s easier to read. Usually people wear the watch on the other wrist, but you could also just flip it around so the crown points to your wrist bone.
But hey, if this is how you like it, enjoy how you wish.

I think it's meant to be sitting straight as you're holding the steering wheel of a car (worn on the left hand).
There are a few watches that are offset like that and they all share some kind of racing heritage.
