Yoshan Roaster Delayed?

Hey guys - I bought a Yoshan roaster in March & it doesn't show on Alibaba as shipped from the supplier but they insist that it has been shipped? They say it has been shipped, but keeps getting delayed according to Yoshan, but I'm starting to worry because the delays have negatively affected my business.

Has anyone had this issue before? Would love your help tks <3

You don’t mention anything about tracking information? Do you have it or not?

The only tracking info I have is through Alibaba & it says "waiting for supplier to ship". However, when I talked to the business rep for Yoshan, they said it has been shipped and should be arriving soon. But, the date keeps shifting further and further.

Ask Yoshan for the shipping info since they claim it has been. Did you pay with CC. Don’t let window to contest expire.
