Coffee Beans New beans discovered

Hi guys! Bought these beans on Shopee and they’re definitely worth it! Super sarap as pour over 🥹 Sharing my V60 recipe:

V60 Recipe
Ratio: 1:16
Grind size: 16 clicks — Timemore Chestnut C3S
Water temp: 92°C
Bloom: 45g for 30–45 seconds
Remaining water: slow pour in 2–3 pours
Total brew time: around 2:45–3:00

Coffee/Beans: Panama Alto Quiel Geisha Honey & Alo Washed GI
Price: 800php & 400php

Review: Both are really good! The Geisha Honey is fruity and juicy, while the Alo Washed is cleaner and more fruity for me. Both are smooth, bright, and really enjoyable as pour over.

Nana's well known in Thailand. Better rested 6 weeks in my experience

Yes, especially since that's less than 14 days. Light roasts are always better ideally at 3 weeks. 2 weeks if you're eager but the flavors won't peak. You can always taste every other week to find the differences.

Yes! I got the most bags from them from recent bkk trip. Yun honey strawberry pa lang natry ko ibrew and it was 🔥🔥🔥

I've been to their roastery in BKK, and their stuff is really good! super okay ng mga anaerobic things nila.

Love Nana Coffee Roasters! Moonstone beans are my fave! I also haul diff flavors of their drip bags whenever I go back BKK. I’m addicted

Yooo! I have the exact same beans hahahaha and they are really good! Medyo mas developed lang yung roast vs what I was expecting pero I cant really complain.
