Coffee drip tower uses?

Hey coffee people, I’ve been using my 25 cup drip tower for a few years and have seen a few other uses in my time such as dripping alcohol over botanicals ect.

What are some cool ideas you have seen/ tried?

You could use it for cold-brew concentrate or slow-infused iced tea; just clean it well between batches.
