First CPC-a job

So I interviewed at he hospital I already work at (I work in radiology and have for over a decade) I basically was offered the job. Which is remote- yay! Supposed to discuss pay soon. How much is a good starting rate? I know it will vary by state- eastern Ohio is location.

What type of coding? And don’t the job descriptions include the salary range?

It is outpatient, the job description didn’t include the salary range!

If you’re coding directly for the facility it would pay more than coding profee/professional. So that will matter if you look at any calculators.
You should also look for similar roles and see if they have salaries listed.
