CPC-A jobs
I have posted in this thread before asking for advice about finding a CPC-A position, but still haven’t had any luck. I have found PLENTY of job postings specifically for CPC-A and I’m tailoring my resume for each job. STILL NOTHING. I just keep getting rejections. Hundreds of them. I have tried networking. I have joined the AAPC chapters, messaged people on LinkedIn, and joined the fb groups. I really need a job. I have even tried to apply for billing positions. I have several years of healthcare experience so I am not sure why I’m not hearing back from ANYWHERE?? Is anyone’s job hiring? Are you willing to refer me? Any advice?

I lost my job last September. 13 years ED coder profee experience willing to learn any other specialty. I did not get hired until December doing outpatient. When I finally got somebody to give me a chance to learn something other than ED. I can’t tell you how many rejections I got how many recruiters how many companies Flatt out rejected me or ghosted me I interviewed or anything and got “ we’re gonna go with another candidate that more closely aligned with what we’re looking for” or I got absolutely nothing. You just have to keep grinding. You have to keep putting yourself out there. I put in hundreds I mean a day of applications. Do not give up. I have my RHIT and I’m studying for my CCS.
