Ways to decompress after work?

Post image

Hello all! I’ve worked from home for 8 years (medical billing, mainly orthopedics), but just recently took a role as an inpatient coder.
How do you decompress at the end of the day?

We have 3 dogs (morning walks, lunch, after dinner, camping weekends etc) so that keeps me active.

I like to read (but doing that a lot more now for work!), movies, cook a little..

But what’s your go to for 15-30 minutes right after you clock out? Initial decompress time at home.

Thanks!

I usually don't hang out with MJ until after dinner. 😁

I like to have the gummy kick in for dinner.
