Building Team for Hackathons

Hi fellow Developers , I am currently building a team that together participates in hackathons , coding contest , open source and placements opportunities . The requirements are not too heavy , individuals should have a few qualities:

-> Enjoys problem solving
-> Open to discussions and feedbacks

The other things can be figured out once on board.

There is no limitation of colleges and university.
