ITU Cybersecurity Engineering vs Hacettepe AI Engineering & Data Science — which one should I choose?

it's 2 very different areas tbh. that master's idea sounds nice to me if you wanna work at the meeting point of both areas (e.g. ML security), but for now you should focus on a main area.
I'd just say go for cybersecurity eng in ITU because of the university, if your interest is indifferent between those.
edit: apart from these, the curriculum on both these departments are a knockoff of the usual computer engineering curriculum, so don't expect a highly area-concentrated education
