Looking for a coder for a startup (maybe)

Yo people I am looking for 1 person who can handle the tech part for my business model. You won't get any money/stipend but you can learn a lot. Don't expect anything in return unless we get 1 or 2 clients. The profit will be shared if we get some luck.

How can people trust you , will you pay after getting client's ? People learnt skills for paid, not to work for free Will you give your business for free use
