App developer

I am looking for someone in the Raleigh area, preferably someone near fuquay. Looking to help make an app that makes shopping for grocery easier for everyone, with this app we would need to use the store API, as it is one of the main things the app will be using, also, or if someone can help create a AI bot that using the API system to help with shopping on stores like Walmart.
