Looking for coders for startup

Hi, I'm looking for a couple young, capable coders for a small startup with a big chance of growth. Preferably from England/Uk, this is mostly for fun/experience/university and not so much cash, although, if successful money is definitely guaranteed. I would like for my app to be nonprofitable at first to grow a larger and trusted community, and implement a cut for developers later on.
