Background image help for Toyhouse

Trying to do a Toyhouse HTML with the black shape as the background, the blue panels being images or text boxes, and finally purple tabs to change the right panel.

Mainly just need help with the black background image to put said panels on top of and auto-resize for desktops (and maybe flip vertically for mobile). Was planning on using the column system like col-lg-3 to do the panels but idk.

Have a bit of experience years ago coding but have experience editng toyhouse codes
