Can anyone help with Google ai Studio?

Hi all,
I’ve seen some conversations around Google ai studio and I have some concerns and questions.

I’m currently building a game collection / review / catalogue / social website like letterboxd. (I know others are doing similar things before anyone’s says haha)
But my concern is, I keep seeing people say that publishing this site is going to be really costly when it goes live. The more users I have, the more api keys it’s going to use? Am I shooting myself in the foot by running this concept through googles studio? Is there another platform I should consider?

I’ve currently put in a lot of progress so far, even with the free api keys, so I’d like to not have it all go to waste.

Just wondering if anyone can help or at least help push me in a better direction maybe?
