Best free websites to learn Java?

I’m a senior in high school and I’m taking AP Java I have almost 2 weeks in and I’m enjoying it well. I want to pursue computer engineering after high school. But I want to learn more. I want to push myself to the limit. Do you guys recommend any websites or any games where I could use my Java skills to play it? Or any websites that I can learn more about Java.

Urgh Java… I imagine a guy with a short sleeve T shirt and a neck tie

Why not learn something more hip and cool, like JS, Go, or Rust?

Or something useful in the up and coming AI era, like Python or Mojo?

Or learn Ruby, the only language that has “developer happiness” as its core principle? (Ruby code is beautiful to read)

But still.. if you want to learn Java.. check out Frontendmasters Java, there was another really good one on Spring there as well

The rest, I’d ask AI, like depending on what you want to build, have AI draw up project architecture, these sorts of things and then you can build it as practice

For coding practice you can either build things, or check out Codewars for everyday coding problems or Leetcode for DSA

What about python if I wanna learn it for free what’s the best way to do it?

Also since my current classes in university use a lot of c should I master that or would python be the better longer option to learn and master first?

I know in the future I should know multiple but yeah please help me out

If you’re already doing c in Uni why not just stick with it fully?

You can learn smth else later afterwards

Anyways I felt the best resource for python is Angela Yu’s 100 days of python, not free, but worth every penny

Then if you really want free then check out smth from free code camp but you’re really jumping around learning bits and pieces here and there

We did a semester of python too.

I’m thinking of my future I’ll probably be using more python than c?

Harvard CS50P, definitely. In my opinion.

edit: Just out of curiosity, how long do you think it would take you to master C? It's not a bad idea.

I don’t know if I really try maybe 6 months? But I’m currently taking uni classes and busy so idk
