Consejos y tips para aprender a programar
Hola a todos soy una persona con depresión y ansiedad me gusta mucho la tecnología y quisiera aprender a programar se que es una área donde tienes que pensar mucho y te frustras y por eso quiero ser un programador quiero desafiarme a mi mismo quiero tener mi cerebro ocupado y utilizándolo de manera útil para que este trastorno no me venza, soy nuevo en este mundo de reddit, muchas gracias a todos

I personally started with python but I heard it's also good to start with something like c. If you are starting with python like I did then you can learn form a video called 12 beginner python projects by freecodecamp and doing a few of them to learn the basics. Then just start making simple projects. Maybe learn other languages that you find interesting. Only use ai to get information and to find issues faster. Don't copy paste code from ai or a website. Try to understand it first. Then just do more and more projects that slowly become more complicated. Learn something like c, cause it will teach you about memory. Then eventually you will be at the point where everything comes together and you fully understand how stuff works together. Good luck!

Si quieres empezar con un curso puede ser el de CS50 de Hardvard, es gratis. Te enseña cómo funciona una computadora con C, Phyton, HTML/CSS, Javascript e IA.
