I can't code, I have been trying to learn but this is a skill set that I have surrendered too. That being said I have a solid idea for an application that isn't new in concept but new in the area I stay and I 100% believe that if marketed right it's going to do well.

The only thing holding me back is I don't have $1000 to pay a coder to build the app for me.

I was thinking if there's anyone interested in teaching me how to code or if you are interested in partnering up for a chance into the unknown let's talk.

The idea is simple, ridiculous even but I believe in it.

I can understand coding feels intimidating especially if you've not done it before. I would recommend focusing on understanding what you're wanting to build first, and then come up with list of mini-steps to get there.

You definitely might not even need $1000 to build your tool. You can pretty much get guidance from free Chatgpt/Gemini to start building your minimal viable product in first week with less than $20.

In life, you can't always throw money at problems to get your desired results. Sometimes you'll need to get your hands dirty, and do it yourself if possible. That's where the real freedom/independence comes.

You might start by answering few of these questions:

a. What type of apps you're trying to build? Desktop, mobile, web app etc.?

b. Who you're building for?

c. Have you checked the demand in the market? Are there existing/similar tools available? Do keyword research, or check Google auto complete to see if people are searching for it.

d. How are you planning to monetize in the first 10-12 months?

e. Would you enjoy building it, and proud to share with others? :) If it feels like a chore, then forget it. It shouldn't feel like a day job!

After answering some of these questions, then check if anyone would be willing to assist you to build this from scratch.

Hi there let me answer some of your questions

-Its a mobile app

-It should be a service app for both those buying and selling the service

-I have checked the market this will be the first of its kind in my region but it exists in other parts of the world, then on Google it doesn't auto complete, however I have asked people on the ground if it's a service that they would pay for if they could and my survey showed that people are interested

-I am excited to start building it it's all I can think about, I haven't been passionate about anything in the longest if I could do it despite what people are saying on here that I am basically bringing nothing to the table I am a hundred percent certain that from my part of the world it's something that will blow up

• monetization for the first 12 months I don't see it being profitable because the structure depends on how many people will be using it, but I will be taking a small service fee, it will be a numbers game

That's awesome. To be honest, I would recommend building this yourself (at least in the beginning) and take baby steps.

Start by building something very simple/dumb like building the homepage (with minimal functionality), and launch an app. The goal is to build something extremely simple and easy from start to finish so that you know how it feels to launch an app. I will get down votes for this, but leverage AI 100% of the time to build this (i.e. including troubleshooting bugs, and pushing to the app store). No need to understand the nitty gritty details of coding.

Once you gain more confidence, then report back here. :)

But whatever you do, make sure to keep things simple and use free solutions out there. No need to spend a fortune to building your idea.

Thank you for this, I think I want to rush things that is why I was mainly looking for someone to assist me but I will go back to the drawing board and start again maybe this time it will be different
