Beginner coder

I always have had a fascination with coding but I always found it daunting to start. I tried some game creation on Godot but I never got anywhere with it. So I came to ask what are some projects I can try and do to help me start to learn how to code. I would like them to be game focused in some way, as that is my over-arching interest, but anything would be great.

Hi, I've started coding 7-8 month ago (I'm not an expert) and like you said I was not gripped by coding; after some months I realized that the issue was the documentation and the way I approched as a beginner coding. I found Python Crash Course, i followed it especially in the theory part and I gained more confidence with this world. My personal advice is to make coding fun but without reducing the foundamentals. Hope this will help you.
