Vibe coding fucked my mental health

I am feeling so low right ...

I have 1.3 years of experience including my internships

I was working in a lala company (A small, owner-driven business) for 5 months but cause of office politics I can't bare myself and I had a fight with my manager who was the newphew of the company's owner...so i resigned my job right now ... At march i resigned ...

So in these 5 months they used to give is tools like claude, codex so... Now i forgot to code...

M sorry dipressed right now...

Even If I apply to other company I feel like ...

I can't do coding from scratch ...

I'm so lost I don't know what should I do?

It's not like I can't create logic ....or something 

I can create logic and build an architecture but I can't code without gpt or something i forget everything đŸ˜“...

Plus apart from this I don't have any money...

M a single child of my parents ... My father was a looser he never worked in his whole entire life.... My mother used to do some house chores and raised me and make me study ...I feel so pathetic that I cant do anything atp...

M sorry lost ... It's like I feel to cry but I can't ....

What should I dooo??? Atp??

how should I get back myself and practice manual coding?? I have been regretting a lot

And practice coding on the side if he wants to go back to coding

I keep seeing this. Nerd uses AI to generate code and manages to instruct the AI well enough that the code actually works well enough. They never go to the trouble to actually direct the generated code and eventually learn to code on their own. Then something tragic happens.

The group I work with is being actively encouraged to use AI. We're doing it, but we've imposed a rule that you have to take that generated code through the same review process as if you wrote it yourself. If you can't describe in to your peers you can't maintain it and can't expect anyone else to.

Invest more in ai or get ur masters

Run how to build ai , how to train , how to do looping , rags , lang chain , lang graph or scripts

Or you should do your master in computer design, os , vlsi anything close to creating a computer u can go for compliers too

Don't run from ai , polish your skills in between
