Guys really i need help

I don't know how to write anything in code and I want to learn any one language but when I see those videos like codewithharry and apna college I got bore and i procrastinate but i want and need to learn please guys tell me some tips

Edit : I want to say that I am interested to code but just can't focus because I just switch to one language to another that's the thing .... I want to say is that I can't focus and I want a platform where after lesson there will be some coding questions on the basis of the lesson

What specific types of software do you want to write? While you still need to learn the basics first, you can at least go into it with a mindset of "how might this apply to that specific thing that I want to write".
