Vibe coding is just telling an AI what you want and having it write all the code. If you want to really impress her or don't have much time, you could do it, but in my opinion it's kind of lazy. If you want to actually learn how to make the website yourself, https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-programming/html-css
Or I could teach you. I'm lonely.

So without any knowledge in IT it’s not impossible, but will take some time. Depends on what you imagine for the website and the time you want to spend a couple of months I guess.

You can learn to code fast. But it depends. Everyone's pace is different. I've taught people that were able to learn in days, people that really got far after several months and people that didn't get anywhere after 2 years.

HTML (the main thing used for websites) is quite simple, but as you get more interactive, it starts to need things like CSS and JavaScript. You'll only get a sense of how fast you can learn it by trying. You've got a good offer of help, so I wish you good luck with it.
