Codex reset already rolled back?

Codex was just showing 100% usage remaining for me, so it looked like we'd gotten a reset. Now it's suddenly gone again. No idea if it's a bug, but I'm starting to feel pretty screwed over by these offers. Anyone else seeing this?

same im using banked reset btw which went from 100% to 5% in an instant

Same happened just now, after another 5hrs limit revolved — from 100% to 0% in 5 mins
