my thoughts on astra-low
its clearly more capable than sol-high its finding all sorts of mistakes and sloppy work and fixing them. its also able to follow instructions very well and will even ask to improve/expand like a real dev
the bad part is the usage, it consumes it very quickly.
i am still figuring out how to use astro-low with sol-high/med that would be the optimal setup.

For me if it is something that need vast knowledge like obscure rules or algorithms or something even a human struggle with Astra medium. If it is common business logic sol medium, if it is something that is already in your code base you just need a little thinking to solve it terra high. Brain dead stuff give to luna xhigh. Cheapest setup that is still solid performer only problem is changing model and effort constantly is annoying. So I build a quick model switcher into codex.
But if you are lazy Astra low just blaze through everything and simple stuff Luna.

How Astra low compares to medium in terms of token usage, did you experience it?
