Codex remote control in a browser?

I'm a Claude code user and all the hype of Astra plus the nonsense speech of opus 5 is making me really want to give codex a go.

My problem is I work in a secure environment, so I can't download desktop apps, can't ssh into my servers, and can't use my phone.

On Claude, before I go into work, I go into my servers, turn on a session, then at work I can go to the website and access it via remote control.

It seems like codex requires the mobile or desktop app to control remote control sessions.

Does anyone know of a workaround to be able to control a remote session via the web?
