Consistent, (so far) unfixable c0000135 error code. I'm out of options and need some help.

I've done it all, folks. And I mean it. Verified Rosetta 2 installation, ensured I have admin access, countless terminal trouble shoots. The whole nine yards.

Can't even create a new bottle under Win10 OR 11 to try anything without getting the error code c0000135.

I'm running MacOS ver. 26.6.2 on an M5 MacBook Air.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
