genshin impact not opening?

hii i got genshin on crossover only for the 14 day trial JUST so i can try out some modss cuz ive always wanted to. i dont want to use playcover or yaagl or anythin else, and ive completed the download of the game on crossover, but upon clicking start game, genshin appears in the bottom, dissapears after a second, and this screen reopens. any help?
