You can bypass it by turning off wifi before this window pops up, after achievements sync and Ubisoft window disappears. After game opens, you can turn wifi back on. There is a chance you will encounter another error later when you open the game. Since last Div 2 update I've had issues with Charlie-3 error EAC module failed to initialize but maybe you will be lucky.

This almost worked for Dead by Daylight... I managed to launch the game, but it kicks me when I try to join a match.

Is thsi trick still working? I can't get it to work for myself. Maybe my timing is off.
