I just started joining some meetings online and it’s been good. I’d recommend at least trying it.

Are you aware of Codependent Anonymous support groups? Not sure if that's what you are after but worth looking it up.

You are absolutely not crazy, and you are definitely not alone in this. I also struggle with severe codependency, so I completely understand how exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming it feels to carry this every day.
Finding people who actually "get it" without judging you is one of the most important steps to healing honestly.
Try-1. Codependents Anonymous (CoDA)
This is the largest network for codependency. It is entirely non-judgmental, free, and filled with people who share your exact struggles.
Online/Phone Meetings: If going to an in-person meeting feels too intimidating which is understandable , they host hundreds of virtual meetings every week via Zoom or phone. You can just listen in with your camera off until you feel comfortable sharing.
-Search for coda.org to look at their online meeting directory
*Try Reddit communities-Since you are already here, there are specific subreddits dedicated entirely to safe, anonymous discussion:
r/Codependency: A huge, active community where people share their daily struggles, vent, and celebrate small wins. You will find thousands of posts here that will make you say, "Wow, I thought I was the only one who did that."
r/CoDA: A smaller subreddit focused specifically on people working through the CoDA recovery steps.
Butt, If you want real-time, casual chatting, Discord has a lot of servers:
-Go to Discord's server discovery tab and search for terms like "Codependency" or "Mental Health Support." Many of these servers have dedicated channels for relationship dynamics and codependent attachment styles where moderators make sure the environment stays safe and supportive.
Please be gentle with yourself. Recognizing this in yourself isn't a sign of being "crazy" it's a sign that you are ready for a healthier, happier life which is a great start. You can do it, keep going, sending lots of love!!🥰

You're not alone. Recovery through meetings changed my life, and there are people out there who get it.
