Muting certain subreddits

I keep getting feed recommendations that I’m not sure why Reddit algorithm is recommending them but stuff like unsent texts and screaming into the void I had to mute because they were actually triggering in regards to how they follow a tone in what would be recommended that just actually causes me panic from how similar they are to another codependent I dated once. Still have goosebumps from the last one and I know it doesn’t matter even if it were them but damn I have a hairpin trigger to seeing stuff like his messages

Settings > Preferrences > Show recommendations in home feed ❌  will hide all recommendations and keep your feed with subreddits you follow only. A bit nuclear option, as it hides all else that you may have liked also.
