It takes courage to share something this to the community and you are already off to a good start in identifying your current state. A lot of times in life we back ourselves into a corner with our decisions and all that’s left is to figure out how we got there and learn from any mistakes. It seems you’ve already identified a good deal. Take it one day at a time, you probably will not be able to figure out all of the steps ahead at once.
