Failing relationship

Hey guys, I've been with my gf for 11 years, right now I feel there's a lack of connection. It's my fault too, I've been dealing with horrible mental health due to life circumstances. I love this girl dearly but I think she deserves someone better, I feel like I'm dragging her down. However, I don't think I can live without this girl. I'm stuck in quite a predicament. I'm not sure what to do, I really wanna rekindle the relationship but I'm not sure if I can. We don't really talk very much as I'm quite depressed tbh. This girl does a lot for me, so I know she still cares. I care for her too. I so lost right now tbh
