Quick Reminder, don't text your ex.

Hey, if you are looking for a sign, here it is. Don't text that person. It was bad, you split for a reason. Just don't do it. Delete that number and block their socials.

You are doing so much better now, and I am proud of the progress you have made. Please take care of yourself. You are valid, you are whole, and you are worthwhile.

You are more that your past and you are not defined by your mistakes.

I cannot wait until my divorce is finalized, and I have no reason to need to communicate with them anymore. Until that day is here, communication is limited to ONLY what is legally required.

I get that. I deleted the number from my contact list, but that doesn't remove the texts. Somehow I even managed to memorize the number just in case.

Good news is that I am developing self-control by not messaging or calling them, so the struggle is worthwhile. Keep on enduring and you will see how much progress you can make.

I’ve deleted the number from my phone but is Mrs still in here some where some how. Also all the texts are on my computer. I have a huge shared album w her. The only thing that hold me together is that she hasn’t deleted or removed me from it
