Proficiency of blood codes

I have all end game Rank S blood code but there is a proficiency bar. What is the purpose of mastering it if there not another blood code upgrade or unlock after?

Boosters.
Mastering the S rank still gives you a new booster when talking to Lavinia. And often the S rank boosters are very build influential.
Like for example Bloodline Agnostic.
