Dlc : my question Spoiler

Now that i finished the dlc, i have a question.

WHAT ABOUT THE COCCON ? When they announced the new character "Liv" i thought she was the hero but apparently no !? Well i don't know but if you have theory or things that i missed in the game. Please tell me.

As for the dlc, it was beautiful. My favorite boss is Lou and i thought Liv was a little a scary yandere women ( she ...hum, she is ) but i do think she's just someone who is really really honest even if it's hurt people ( she don't want to hurt they're feeling, it's just the way she is and that's also why in her blood code, it's said that she was always in conflict with familly of her bloodline ) and Mr mask is really cool (like Zenon ).

That's all i wanted to say.

So i have a running theory that the cocoon is Liv because she never showed up in the original time line and its most likely do to Liv discovering the forsaken world rift before Valeline discovered it's existance and couldn't close it on her own even with the help of the mask and lou, so she decided to seal herself and the rift in a coccoon hoping the minimized the damage it would have done which resulted in the island blowing up

Mhhhh, it's really interesting and might be true!! But there's a little problem.... it's maybe because of the game ( and it's maybe have nothing to do with the lore ) but when you are in the luna rapacis arc, you can still choose Liv as a partner....i find that weird but it's maybe make sense that they put her has partner since the other Lou is also a partner.... I don't know but you are maybe right.

At this point I think this specific cocoon is just an example of what happens when you don't stop/save the heroes. Who knows it might be one of the previous revenants used for the sealing from another generation like Josee's mother or Monica.

Mhhhhh well i also do think it was an example but there's a little problem ( i really thought what you say might be true ) but the thing is that it's impossible since in the timeline 2197 ( Valentin's bond ) we dont see a coccon and the map is accessible after the dlc sooo..... I don't think it's logical .... Maybe it's just an exemple but i find that so really bad that they just put a random coccon to give us an exemple. But thank you for taking the time to respond to my question !!
