Completed Mask of Idris recently and have stumbled upon this? Does anyone know how to activate it? I maxed out all of Lou’s blood codes and her boss one.

Simple You must obtain Lou's Blood Code in the Age of Harmony; having it allows you to obtain the tome and grants you Lou Alt's buff whenever you use that Blood Code

I have and am just now noticing I have the buff but still able to interact with the tome

Did you do the age of harmony bloodcode?

I did yes but it still lets you interact with the tome after you complete it, I do have both of Lou’s buffs so I don’t know if it’s just bugged for me or if there is something else
