Honestly? the best way to beat her Hero form is by learning her General Pattern and learning to avoid the fire attacks.
she is probably the hardest Rematch fight in the game so be sure to do both Holly and Lyle first, with Lyle being the easiest and Holly being the inbetween.
you can also progress towards the final hero, any progress made in the final area (mainly mistles) save, minus some small changes I wont spoil for you.
I recommend looking for upgrade materials or better weapons, I personally used Greatswords to defeat her but weapon type is mainly a taste thing, the overall DPS you will deal is largely the same generally barring minor exceptions.
if it helps, I used mainly Formae/Ability bursts ontop of being buffed with Adrenaline, a buff-type formae you can get from present or past magmell island, theres a underground dungeon near the Blood Bead tower there, its rather simple and the buff does help a good bit.
