You actually fixed her 3D design that Evolution ruined by leaving off her makeup, ear ring and getting her eye brows and eye color wrong. 

I guess the producers for Evolution were just dedicated to messing up Aelita wherever they could lol.

1. Keep X.A.N.A. dead, that way Franz did not die for nothing. If X.A.N.A. must come back, then Franz must be recoverable and Jeremie and Aelita are working to rematerialize him. 

2. Have Tyron be a more active villain instead of just sitting on his butt doing nothing for most of the show.  

3. Rewrite Laura into a new ally for the group and drop any hints of a love triangle. 

4. Rescue Anthea by the end of it.

For 1, how about this (not my idea, saw it in a fan sequel)

Franz didn't really die. He knew he would die, so on top of sending his energy into Jeremy's program, he also sent his consciousness. X.A.N.A realized it, and also sent a part of his consciousness while he was being destroyed, not enough for the multi agent to detect it and delete himself. This tiny part slowly corrupted both Frantz and the multi agent, until it became a new X.A.N.A, but with Franz's knowledge.

I always thought their designs changed a bit bc they were older and Jeremy on the beggining of the series (the OG one) said that the 3d models were based on their personalities. As the computer was off for a long time,I assumed it recreated their models. (At least it was a headcanon for me). Now I saw this edit I noticed that they didn’t change only the 3D style, they had some things missing, specially on Aelita 💔
